Drivers marvel over lopsided Brisbane car found on the road with front wheel missing

Footage of a Brisbane motorist driving with the front left wheel missing, its the axle grinding violently along the road, has gone viral just days after it was posted.

The video, shared to the Dash Cam Owners Australia page on January 10 and reportedly filmed in Brisbane’s northern suburbs, has already recieved more than 228,450 views, 2410 likes, 1880 shares and 1000 comments.

The dashcam footage shows a Ford Falcon Station Wagon moving lopsidely down the road, while another driver and their passenger follow close behind, laughing in astonishment.

At one point the axle even begins to produce sparks and a trail of smoke, but even this does not dissuade the determined motorist from pulling over.

The video is accompanied by a caption confirming police have been contacted regarding the driver’s dangerous behaviour.

While Facebook users united in their condemnation of the driver, some have also expressed criticism over the behaviour of the second motorist.

“Don't know what was worse - the Falcon or the fact the guy driving the camera car could not stay in his own lane,” user Scott Edward Alexander Guyan said.
