DJ killed in stage collapse at Brazil music festival

A DJ has been killed and three other people injured after a stage collapsed at an electronic music festival in Brazil.

The horrifying moment the structure began to come down was filmed by concert-goers at the Atmosphere Festival in Esteio, near the southern city of Porto Alegre.

DJ Kaleb Freitas, who was performing on stage at the time of the collapse, was rushed to hospital with head injuries but died after arrival.

The dance music festival went ahead despite severe weather warnings about heavy wind, hail and torrential rain with the wind.

An investigation into what happened has now been launched.
