An 18-year-old gamer has been charged with raping a 15-year-old after someone else allegedly heard the girl crying "no" on a Grand Theft Auto live stream.

Daniel Enrique Fabian had bragged to a fellow gamer about his plans to "smash" a girl at his Florida home before taking a break from multiplayer Playstation on June 28.

A 15-year-old girl alleged that Fabian put his hand over her mouth, pushed her down and raped her before re-joining the online game, WFLA reported.

His Playstation’s microphone reportedly picked up muffled groans and a female voice saying "no". A fellow gamer told police he heard the girl in distress.
A medical exam supported the woman's allegations and a DNA swab taken from her inner thigh linked Fabian to the crime.

The 18-year-old has been charged with two counts of lewd and lascivious battery on a victim between the ages of 12 and 15.

"He was arrested in June for another case involving a different 15-year-old girl, where he allegedly raped her in his home as well," Pasco Sheriff's Office spokesman Kevin Doll told WFLA.
