Dad creates awesome pink stormtrooper costume for his daughter

An Indiana father has created a custom-made armour kit out of a stormtrooper toy after reading an online post on how to create the costume.

Jim Brock purchased the 48-inch stormtrooper toy and turned the jumbo figure into a costume for his daughter.

“I make costumes so I figured it would be a fun project,” Mr Brock told The Huffington Post.

Mr Brock created the costume by dissembling the life size ‘Battle Buddy’ and putting it back together as a  costume. Luckily his daughter fit the 48-inch size requirements.

Mr Brock’s daughter Autumn was thrilled with the idea of the costume but wanted it to be dyed pink.

Sporting the bright costume at Comic-Con the little girl was able to meet the Dark Lord 2.0 at the convention.

“She was pretty happy,” Mr Brock said.

Since a picture of the costume was shared on Facebook it has received more than 10,000 likes and been shared 2235 times.
