Colombian president appears to wet his pants

A video has been released that appears to show Colombian President Juan Manuel Santos wetting himself during a speech on the campaign trail.
President Santos was addressing a crowd in the city of Barranquilla when a small wet patch appeared on the front of his beige trousers.
As the speech continues the patch seems to get bigger.

The address was filmed by a person in the crowd and quickly uploaded to YouTube, where President Santos drew the ridicule of his countrymen.
In the speech, President Santos announced a plan to create 2.5 million jobs in the South American nation.
He described the city of Barranquilla as "his faithful girlfriend".
