Clinton and Trump debate who is the bigger puppet

Hillary Clinton suggested Donald Trump would be a puppet of Russian president Vladimir Putin as the initially measured final presidential debate began to derail.

In referencing cybersecurity attacks by the Russian government, Ms Clinton said it was “pretty clear that Vladimir Putin would rather have a puppet in the White House than a president”.

“No puppet! No puppet! You’re the puppet,” Mr Trump retorted.

“I don’t know Putin. I never met Putin. This is not my best friend.

"She doesn't like Putin, because Putin has outsmarted her at every step of the way," he said.
