Cessna light plane crashes in US town called Plainville

Footage has been released of the moment a light plane crashes into a tree in a US town ironically called Plainville.
Emergency services were called to the crash on Monday morning local time after the collision occurred in the area of Robertson Airport in Connecticut.
Responding officers found a 1981 Cessna 172 had crashed behind a business that is adjacent to the airport.

The pilot, Manfred Forst, was transported to the Hospital of Central Connecticut with what appeared to be minor injuries.
The Federal Aviation Authority has responded to the incident and is conducting an investigation.
