Bus driver enrages passengers by stopping in for a coffee

A US driver enraged his bus full of passengers when he stopped mid-shift to nip into a takeaway and pick himself up a coffee.

Juliano Bondetho, from Providence, Rhode Island, filmed the driver last Tuesday waiting for his morning pick-me-up in a Dunkin' Donuts outlet while a full bus load of impatient passengers waited outside.

"Where is this guy? He's got all these people (waiting here), what a piece of s—t," Mr Bondetho says while filming the scene on his mobile phone.

"This guy is f----- up, huh?"

One of the passengers can be heard angrily saying he’s "gotta go to school", just before the unapologetic driver hops back in to the bus clutching a coffee and a newspaper.

"I just videotaped that whole thing, you jerk off," Mr Bondetho says as the driver walks past.

"Have a nice day getting fired."

It's unknown if the driver has faced any disciplinary action.
