Father 'kills tourist with single punch' after catching him filming his daughter

A British tourist has been arrested after allegedly killing another man he caught filming his young daughter at an upmarket Spanish resort.
Kainth Devinder, 40, was dining with his wife and daughter at Sotogrande on Saturday night when he spotted a lone diner using an iPad to film the girl.
Devinder demanded the man, a 37-year-old German tourist named as Sandro Rottman, stop filming but he refused and an altercation ensued that quickly turned violent, reports the Olive Press.
Devinder reportedly smashed Rottman’s tablet on the floor after finding footage of his daughter on the device and then punched Rottman once in the face.
The alleged victim was taken to hospital where he later died from his injuries.
A post-mortem is yet to confirm a cause of death.
The Briton was arrested at his home following statements made by witnesses at the restaurant and today he faced a court in La Linea on suspicion of homicide.
Rottman was charged with possession of child pornography just last month but it is understood Devinder was not aware of his history with indecent images.
