Bachelor buck sent on backyard bungee

These friends wanted to give their buddy one final leap to celebrate the impending end to his bachelorhood before he took the plunge into marriage.

The man, known as Yvo, was blindfolded by his friends and told he was going to be bungee jumping off a bridge.

But in reality his leap of faith was just a short fall from a platform into a backyard pond.

The bachelor thought he was standing high up on a platform and would soon be leaping through the air with a bungee cord strapped to his feet.

"C'mon, c'mon," Yvo yelled, eager for his jump to be done with.

The buck's legs were fastened together and the handcuffs behind his back undone as they walked him to the edge of the platform.

The friends milked the event for all it was worth, stalling for two minutes as the groom-to-be stood ready and waiting to fly off the bridge.

When he finally took the bungee jump his friends collapsed in laughter when the buck hit the water, bringing his plunge to an abrupt and unexpected stop.
