All-bacon bar to open in Montreal

A new bar set to open in Montreal, Canada is every bacon lover’s dream.

Bar Brutus will incorporate bacon into every item on the menu with dishes like bacon doughnuts, bacon sushi and bacon martinis.

“We figured by adding bacon, everyone is happy,” owner Anthoni Jodoin told ABC News.

Mr Jodoin hopes to build a timeless neighbourhood bar, inspired by classic male barber shops, bourbon and of course, bacon.

“We figured bacon is the manliest of meat, and there’s a trend attached to it, obviously,” he said.

Bar Brutus will open in the coming weeks on the approval of its liquor licence.
