A girl’s best friend: The toddler inseparable from her pet Doberman

A young girl and her dog are winning over the hearts of people all over the world as their friendship gains thousands of followers online.

The best friends from Seattle, four-year-old Siena and her two-year-old Doberman Buddha, are inseparable.

The pair began warming hearts online when Siena’s mother, Tara Prucha, started an Instagram account to share photos of their friendship with her friends and family.

“I took a ton of photos and wanted to share them with everyone,” Ms Prucha told US Today.

“And then all these random people became diehard fans.”

The pair’s Instagram account, called Cutie and the Beast, now has more than 146,000 followers – all waiting to see what the pair will do together next.

The friends play, eat, sleep and read together because Buddah will not leave Siena’s side.

“Dobermans are also known as ‘velcro dogs’,” Ms Prucha said.

“They just want to be with their one human and (Buddah) has obviously chosen my daughter.”

According to her mother, Siena doesn’t even have many toys she favours, because she just plays with her dog.

Their love is so strong, Buddah will even ignore natures call to stay with Siena.

“Sometimes Buddha will flat out ignore me if he knows Siena wants him to stay,” Ms Prucha wrote on Facebook.

“He hasn't gone to the bathroom for over 7 hours and he still won't budge from her room.”
