CHOICE announces the most effective stain removal products

When it comes to getting stains out of your clothes, we all want to know what is going to do the best job, fastest.
There's nothing worse than forking out on a stain cleaner, only to find the dirty item you threw in the wash is still covered in grubby marks.
CHOICE has recently done a deep dive into stain removers to find which ones are actually worth your money and which ones you should avoid.
CHOICE has released a list of the most effective stain removers, and the ones to avoid.
CHOICE released their list of the most effective stain removers on the market with a consumer favourite from ALDI taking the top spot.
"CHOICE puts stain removers through a rigorous testing process," said CHOICE expert Ashley Iredale.

"We test 10 different types of stains that people commonly get on their clothes, including perspiration, mud, cooking oil, chocolate ice-cream, makeup and blood.
"We use cotton material swatches that have specific formulas of these stains applied to them. Before washing, we apply a set amount of each stain remover to the stained swatch and let it sit for five minutes. Then a front loader washing machine and a mid-performing laundry detergent is used to measure the degree of stain removal."
The process resulted in a clear winner: Aldi's Di-San Oxy Action with Enzymes Pre Wash Stain Remover. It received a score of 75 per cent from the CHOICE experts.
"Aldi's Di-San Oxy Action Stain Remover performed particularly well at removing blood, tomato, makeup and mud stains," Iredale said.
