Gareth and Shara are founders and head coaches at The Boxing Shop. From what started as Gareth training two people in his backyard, has become an established training facility with youth development programs across fourteen schools.

Drawing on their collective experience coaching at World Championships, the Olympics, and Commonwealth Games, Gareth and Shara offer Boxing Programs for all ages and fitness levels.
With an emphasis on boxing excellence and personal growth to foster self-respect, confidence, and community spirit, Gareth and Shara are dedicated to making a positive impact both inside and outside of the gym.
