Jouster Luke Binks

Luke is a multi-talented craftsman whose interest in medieval history was first ignited when he was a young boy. After joining a re-enactment group as a teen, he discovered his enthusiasm for jousting at the Abbey Medieval Festival in Queensland. Creating his own jousting armour became yet another avenue for Luke to explore his medieval fascination. From there, word got around, and his business was born; blacksmithing and hand-crafting armour for clients from all around the world. Luke now regularly participates in jousting competitions and runs The Gryphon Company, a QLD based jousting group.
