'I kind of like it': Tori and Jack explain their surprising relationship shift after MAFS 2024
From the moment they appeared on the Official Married at First Sight Podcast, cuddled up on the same sofa, it was obvious things were going smoothly for Tori and Jack.
The couple were far more relaxed than their explosive storm out from the final Reunion.

Life away from the experiment has been different but positive for the couple.
"Life up here now, it's everything I thought it would be… our lifestyles are very much the same" Tori told host Shelly Horton, speaking about her move to the Gold Coast.
But the reason Jack gave for their success might come as a surprise.
"Look, let's be honest: Tori's the boss. And I kind of like it" he said.
"If I play up or do the wrong thing… she knows how to whip me back in line."
It's a far cry from his usual rhetoric during the season about being 'dominant' and 'alpha' - so does that mean Jack has changed?
"I think he's… not grown, he didn't need to grow…" Tori answers "[but] he definitely learnt the art of refinement. And just thinking before you speak".

Jack's comments certainly courted controversy during the couple's time in the experiment, but as always, hindsight is 20/20.
"I made poor choices and I said some really regrettable things…" Jack admitted.
"I knew I had the ability to lose the temper at some point. In the real world, I would have got up and walked away. I would have taken my wife out of the party and I wouldn't have come back… but that's the challenge. That's the experiment."

And looking back, it seems exactly like they always said - that the challenge just made them stronger.
"I kind of love the story. It's crazy… but, ultimately, you come out together. You're the winners at the end of the day," he said.
