Aussie beach takes out number one spot on list of world's 'sexiest' beaches
A recent study has found the world's 100 sexiest beaches, and an Aussie spot has taken out first place.
Sexual wellness brand Lovehoney teamed up with holiday rental site HomeToGo to determine which beaches around the world are the sexiest, based on eight different criteria.
These categories include seclusion, sunset, popularity with couples, and friendliness toward LGBTQIA+ travellers.

15. Kenting Baishawan, Taiwan
The only beach on the list to score 10/10 in the 'secluded' category, Kenting Baishawan served as a filming location for the movie Life of Pi.
14. Horseshoe Bay Beach, Bermuda
This beach has soft sand that's a light shade of pink, thanks to the presence of crushed up shells.
There's a beautiful cove to explore at one end of the beach where rocks create a perfect pool for a leisurely swim.
13. Playa de la Concha, Spain
Found in San Sebastian, this is one of the most popular urban beaches in Europe, thanks to its unique shape.
While it has a low 'seclusion' score, it does rank high for its romantic restaurants and friendliness for LGBTIA+ travellers.
12. Playa de Bolonia, Spain
Surrounded by tall sand dunes and green mountains, this beach in the very south of Spain is ranked high thanks to its amazing sunsets.
11. Ramla Bay, Malta
This beach on the island of Malta has distinctive bright orange sand and clear turquoise water.
Many people who stay at the beach resort take advantage of the calm water with jet skiing and paragliding.
10. Spiaggia dei Conigli, Italy
If the name of this place sounds familiar, it's because it often pops up on lists of the world's best beaches.
A popular spot for couples, the snorkelling opportunities here are great thanks to the abundant marine life.
9. Grace Bay Beach, Turks and Caicos
Walking down this long, white-sand beach on the island of Providenciales is like being inside a postcard.
It's been given a perfect 10/10 score for weather, which is warm year-round.
