"I pack my entire life into my carry on suitcase," Sami admits.
Here are her top packing tips.
Roll don't fold
If you're still folding your clothes into your suitcase then you're doing it wrong, according to Sami (and science).
"I don't know why anyone is debating this anymore," she says. "You can absolutely fit more in when you roll. Hasn't it been scientifically proven?"

Take a zip lock bag of washing powder
It's a laundry staple at home, but Sami says having a small zip lock bag of washing powder with you will always come in handy.
"You get to a destination. Maybe you can't find a laundry or you can't find a supermarket. And if you do, you have to buy an entire box of washing powder," she explains.
"But if you take a little bag of washing powder from home, you can wash your dedicates and your smalls in the sink in your hotel room."

Hard copies of important documents
"I always make sure I take hard copies of my itinerary and my flights and my accommodation info, just in case I can't access it on my phone," Sami says.
The same goes for having access to the contact information for your travel insurance policy and a phone number, just in case you have to make an emergency claim.

Earplugs are your best friend
Sami says she "can't leave home" without a set of earplugs for the plane.
"You know you have that snorer that's like two rows in front of you and you can't sleep," she points out.
But they also come in handy in a hotel if it has thin walls and you end up with the party room next door.
