Now you can water tube down the side of an Hawaiian mountain

If you like the idea of white water rafting, but think it looks like a lot of work, check out this cool alternative in Hawaii called mountain tubing.
It involves sitting back on a big inflatable doughnut, relaxing and letting the water take you downstream.
Tourists get to float through several tunnels and past Kauai’s beautiful scenery on a guided tour.

The canals used on the trip were once irrigation channels for sugar plantations and were hand dug in 1870.
The tour ends with a picnic and dip in a nearby swimming hole
