Disneyland's most dedicated fan just visited for the 2000th time in a row
Disneyland definitely breeds some crazy fans but none as dedicated as Jeff Reitz who walked through the turnstiles for the 2000th day in a row this week.
The American, from nearby Huffington Beach, California, was gifted a Disney Resort Annual Passholder in January 2012 after losing his job.
And even though he has since found employment, he still rocks up at the Anaheim park site each evening for his daily Disney visit after work.
The Air Force veteran credits the parks with giving him something to look forward to each day.
"It's been a positive, it's been a motivator, it's been my workout gym. This past year I've lost about 40 lbs," he says.
His highlights? Hearing the music as he enters, interacting with the friendly park cast members, and watching the park guests having a good time.
