New research from SpaSeekers.com reveals the most popular spa destinations of 2025 based on increases in Google search data.

The results highlight the most up-and-coming destinations for spa holidays for the year ahead, with locations ranging from those with mineral and thermal springs to far-flung jungle paradise retreats.
