New research from SpaSeekers.com reveals the most popular spa destinations of 2025 based on increases in Google search data.
The results highlight the most up-and-coming destinations for spa holidays for the year ahead, with locations ranging from those with mineral and thermal springs to far-flung jungle paradise retreats.

20. Mexico
Mexico is the 20th most trending spa destination this year, with searches up by 26 per cent.
It's not surprise; Mexico boasts a number of luxury spas and resorts set against its stunning natural landscape and beaches.
You can also relax in thermal spas and hot springs such as the staggering Tolantongo Caves just outside of Mexico City.
19. Jamaica
Jamaica saw 30 per cent increase in searches related to spas and wellness centres, making it the next biggest spa spot for 2025.
Jamaica is known for its turquoise Caribbean waters and tropical landscapes - a perfect backdrop to unwind against.
17. Spain
Greece and Spain tie in the seventeenth position, each with a 46 per cent increase in searches.

These locations offer modern spa facilities that blend traditional practices with contemporary luxury.
Singapore boasts 663 spas and wellness centres on Trip Advisor, with 182 receiving a perfect 5-star rating.

Chinese spa experiences famously offer traditional wellness practices you won't be able to find almost anywhere else.
Try out a traditional Chinese massage, cupping, acupuncture, moxibustion (the burning of herbal leaves on or near the body), herbal remedies, and movement exercises like tai chi.

Barbados, Cambodia, Panama, Qatar, South Korea, Seychelles, and Tunisia all share the eighth position, each with a 50 per cent increase in searches.
