Suspended 200m above a valley is really for the most adventurous of us, but then being released to swing like a pendulum is just plain crazy.

But with the Queenstown season heating up, or should we say cooling down with the arrival of snow season, this is exactly what tourists are doing.

In fact, the Nevis Swing – the world's biggest swing – has become the must-visit adventure attraction for those arriving in the New Zealand town. And of course, it's an Instagram must.
