Hamish Blake not-so-sexily flirts with wife Zoe via Air New Zealand’s in-flight chat system
When the in-flight entertainment options are sucky and you forget to grab a book from home, you’re left to make your own fun on a flight. Funny man Hamish Blake has done just that, in attempting to not-so-sexily woo his wife of almost seven years, Zoe Foster Blake, via the plane’s in-flight messaging system.
The 37-year-old comedian assumed the identity of a dreamy air marshal, in a bid to spice up their Air New Zealand flight. Naturally, he shared the hilarious exchange on Instagram.

“I know I'm putting my life on the line every day every day to keep society safe and that's probs sexy as hell to you, but honestly that's not why I do it,” the former radio host wrote to his wife, Zoe.
“[I] love to serve but also need the cash for my puppy rescue charity,” he continued.
After repeatedly teasing for a response, it seems Hamish came up dry, but upheld his silly sense of humour online.
“Pretended to be a stranger on the plane today and hit on my wife using the inter-seat chat function to see if I still ‘have it’. You bet I do,” Blake said on Instagram.
“We may have been together nearly 10 years but you don’t just lose your game. It’s like glitter – once it’s on you, it’s never going anywhere.”
Since sharing the onboard conversation last night, the post has racked up close to 50,000 likes and we've just fallen a little bit more in love with the Foster Blake family.
