Disney Cruise Line brings Christmas-themed sailings to Australia
It's already a magical time of year, and now Disney wants to make the Christmas season extra special for Aussies.
Disney Cruise Line will be hosting a number of Christmas-themed sailingswhen the ship returns to our shores this year.
On select Disney Magic at Sea sailings from Australia and New Zealand between November 24 and January 3, 2025, things will get extra festive.

"We will be celebrating the magic of Christmas at sea," Disney Cruise Line Cruise Director, Jimmy Lynett, shared on Today Extra.
"These are great opportunities, you can create a new tradition onboard the ship."
The special cruises will feature enchanting holiday-themed entertainment and festive décor in the atrium, plus you'll get to meet some of your favourite Disney friends in their holiday attire.
"It's really going to bring the 'feels' of the holidays," Jimmy said.

Guests will also be able to gather 'round the Christmas tree with Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse for a tree lighting ceremony, a time-honoured Disney tradition.
It comes after Disney Cruise Line announced it is heading to Japan with the launch of a brand new ship by early 2029.
A sister ship to the popular Disney Wish, the new vessel will become the ninth ship in Disney's fleet.

The Disney Cruise Line fleet sails to a host of destinations including The Bahamas, the Caribbean, Europe, Alaska, Mexico, Canada, Hawaii, the South Pacific, and Australia and New Zealand.
Year-round cruises from Singapore are also planned to begin in 2025.
Disney Cruise Line has also confirmed a new season of Australia and New Zealand voyages, sailing from October 2025 to February 2026.
