This was the most 'ultimate' cruise the Travel Guides have ever been on
Cruises are a great way to remove the stress out of travelling and unwind in seaside comfort. But with so many different cruises currently on the market, it's hard to know which is best for you.
The Travels Guides have been on their fair share in their time on the Nine show, and have shared their favourite cruises of the bunch.
Revealing the "ultimate cruises" they have ever been on, one of the standout's was a Royal Caribbean cruise.

"That was the biggest ship we've all ever been on and it didn't feel like it was 6000 people there," the Fren family tells 9Travel.
This ship had 16 decks, seven neighbourhood areas, and 23 different grills, cafes, and restaurants.
The buffets, which change every night, were another highlight, as there was always something new to eat.
"Working in hospitality really saved us because we could balance three plates on each hand so we didn't have to get up and back," the Frens added jokingly.

The European River Cruise allows you to explore new European cities each day. Tauck
If you don't like the open ocean or want a luxury experience, then the European River Cruise might be for you.
"When you go to Europe, you get a totally different perspective by going on the river," the Fren family told 9Travel. "Don't wait till you're 70 or 80 to do a trip like that."
The Frens loved dressing up to go out in a new city every night, including Vienna and Budapest, as well as reenacting 'Do Re Mi' from the Sound of Music (1965) in Salzburg.

"It may seem like a large cost at the time but everything is included from your food to your alcohol to you tours. You really get what you pay for," said the Fren family.
The Croatia cruise (find proper name) was the Frens' third top pick, an idyllic coastal cruise where you can explore the sights of this Mediterranean gem.
Overall, cruises 'where you can unpack just once' and 'see new places everyday' made for better experiences.
