New boat design could kill seasickness forever

Amy Nelmes Bissett

For those who suffer seasickness, it doesn't matter if the views are majestic, the vessel is stunning and the wine is flowing, it is usually just one big queasy trip.

But rejoice, an Australian company has designed a boat that has a hydraulic suspension to stop the motion of the ocean which causes seasickness.

Nauti-Craft designed the vessel so its hull is separate from the deck, allowing each hull to move independently. Check the video above to get more of an idea.

The company says it "improves comfort and safety, reduces sea-sickness, and also improves speed efficiency".

The boats are currently being developed and aren't yet for sale, but are expected to be in the near future.
