Volleyballer pulls off stunning football kick to save point
Steve Gee
A Canadian volleyballer produced a stunning football volley to retrieve a seemingly impossible return before his side went on to win a point at the Pan America.
Playing against Mexico, the Canadians appeared certain to lose the point after a powerful spike shot rebounded off the hands of their players.
With the ball sailing towards the back of the court and almost out of bounds, Canada's Steven Marshall lunged with his left foot and miraculously managed to hook it back toward a teammate, who sent it back over the net.

The point then continued tit-for-tat until the Canadians produced a brilliant block shot to take the honours.
They eventually won the match in straight sets 3-0.
