Nick Kyrgios axed from BBC's Wimbledon coverage 12 months on from controversial appointment
Nick Kyrgios won't be part of this year's Wimbledon coverage for the BBC according reports from the UK.
The Telegraph claims the British broadcaster will not invite the former runner-up back for commentary duties after it copped backlash from politicians and fans for his inclusion last year.
Kyrgios was offered the role a year after charges of assaulting his former girlfriend Chiara Passari were dismissed by a court in Canberra after the tennis star had entered a guilty plea.

The Telegraph report also states that Kyrgios won't appear on ESPN's coverage of the tournament.
He worked for the US broadcaster at the Australian Open in January following his first-round exit by Jacob Fearnley.
Kyrgios had planned to enter Wimbledon in 2025, unlike last year, but has pulled out with injury.

"I've hit a small setback in my recovery and unfortunately won't make it back for grass season this year," Kyrgios posted on social media.
"I know how much you've all been looking forward to seeing me out there, and I'm genuinely sorry to disappoint. This is just a bump in the road though, and I'm already working hard to get back stronger than ever."
Last year's decision to hire the Australian sparked a heated reaction from women's groups and politicians.
"The BBC should hang its head in shame at this appointment," said Conservative MP Caroline Nokes at the time. "It's a disgrace and shows the utter contempt our national broadcaster has towards women.
"Not content with consistently underpaying their own female staff and forcing out women once they hit a certain age, they now bring a man who admitted assaulting a woman on board for Wimbledon."
Kyrgios has not seen much court time in recent years and suffered an abdominal strain that threatened to derail his Australian Open comeback before he lost in the first round at Melbourne Park.
He has struggled to play since, making just four appearances this year, citing problems with his wrist.
