Nadal too good for Australian Ebden

Rafael Nadal has seen off his second Australian in as many matches, cruising past Matt Ebden and into the third round of the Australian Open.

Nadal added Ebden's scalp to that of his first round opponent, James Duckworth, with another straight sets victory - 6-3 6-2 6-3 on Rod Laver Arena.

Playing his second tour match since the 2018 US Open, the Spanish powerhouse showed no signs of any injury in a dominant display.
