De Minaur beats Agut to make Zhuhai final

Alex de Minaur has beaten Spanish second seed Roberto Bautista Agut 6-2 6-2 to reach the Zhuhai Open final in China.

In the final, the Australian will face Frenchman Adrian Mannarino - a 6-0 4-6 6-1 winner over eighth-seeded Albert Ramos-Vinolas.

De Minaur, the No.7 seed, had downed fourth-seeded Croatian Borna Coric in the quarter-finals after his earlier win over former world No.1 Andy Murray.

Bautista Agut had been bidding for a place at the season-ending World Tour Championships. The surprise Wimbledon semi-finalist is seventh in the race to reach London.
