Britain's Jack Draper completed a gutsy comeback victory over American Marcos Giron at the Australian Open - and proceeded to 'celebrate' by throwing up after shaking his hand.

Draper finished strong to win the 3h 20m, five set epic 6-4, 3-6, 4-6, 6-0, 6-2 in 30 degree Melbourne heat on Tuesday afternoon.

The 22-year-old had his blood pressure tested during the match and received attention during a medical time out but soldiered on.
