Michael Henley
Panama's Rolanda Bell has been drenched after falling head-first into the water jump during the steeplechase at the World Athletics Championship.
Footage from the third heat of the 3000m steeplechase shows the last-placed Bell misjudge the jump and flip over into the water.
After thankfully escaping injury, the 27-year-old held it together and continued the race to finish 20 seconds behind the winner.
