SYDNEY 7s - ROUND FOUR OF THE WORLD SERIES

* Rugby sevens is a high-paced, non-stop form of rugby with the same laws but played with just seven-a-side and over seven-minute halves

* 16 nations play in each of the 10 tournaments on the world series circuit, with Sydney the fourth leg in a series that leads in to the sport's Olympic Games debut in Rio in August

* Australia finished fifth in last year's standings and are currently sitting seventh after being knocked out in the quarter-finals of tournaments in Dubai, Cape Town and Wellington

* each team plays three pool matches on Saturday with the top two teams in each pool progressing to the Cup quarter-finals in Sunday's knockoout action
