Hurricanes down Lions for first championship

The Hurricanes finally claimed their maiden Super Rugby title, running out 20-3 over the Lions.

They were beaten in the final last year and this time around they wouldn't be denied in the showpiece.

Thought hey scored two tries tonight, their championship came on the back of rock solid defence.

In fact their defence has been so impressive that they haven't conceded a try in a month of finals footy.
