Collision filmed up close on refcam

With a fend like this, rugby union referee Wayne Barnes should hang up his whistle and pull on a jersey.

Saracens hooker Schalk Brits found out the hard way that Barnes might just be made of concrete when he ran into the ref during an Aviva Premiership match against the Chiefs.

Brits collides with Barnes as he chases a loose lineout and falls to the grass like he's been hit by a freight train.

Barnes' feet remain firmly planted on the ground as he comes off the clear winner in the clash.

The whole incident was captured up close and personal on Barnes's ref cam, much to the embarrassment of the fallen player.

"I am not going to hear the end of this, I guess. thanks #refcam," Brits wrote on Twitter.

"I had the worst 40 min of my life. got owned by a winger twice and then by Barnes! #disgrace"
