Stripper scandal gets worse for Chiefs

A second stripper has come forward claiming players from the Chiefs Super Rugby side touched her inappropriately and called her a "filthy slut".

These allegations have come fresh on top of the players allegedly licking and touching another stripper without consent at an end-of-season shindig earlier this week.

The second woman, calling herself laura, claimed in an interview with Mediaworks that the incident happened at the club's celebrations last year, where she said the player touched her even though she asked them not to.

"They were just full on. I was trying to dance and they are all surrounding me and I asked them several times to back off - I need space," she said. "They ended up spitting alcohol, beer all over me," she said.

"I'm trying to dance and they're in a tight circle and I can't move - everyone in that circle's just grabbing, just putting their hands in."

Police have since met with the woman, but would not confirm whether charges would be laid.

But it's a bad look as it has come hot on the heels of this week's allegations that the players accosted another stripper who had been hired to waitress and perform at this year's wrap-up party at Okoroire hot pools.

The woman, who called herself Scarlette, told Radio New Zealand the players were "beyond drunk" when she got to the venue.

"Basically, they wanted me to be a whore, which I wasn't there to be," she said in the interview.

"And when I went to collect payment they short-changed me and basically just made it very hostile and I had to leave immediately, because I was quite upset."

Chiefs management said some witnesses hadn't seen any untoward behaviour from the players.

But Scarlette refuted those claims.

"Well, then they weren't looking, were they? I mean, that's where it turns into a 'he said, she said' part of the argument, which I believe is present in any case of sexual abuse, anything like that.

"If my word means nothing, then so does every other woman's word that's ever said anything against someone."
