Pest invades day/night test at Gabba

 A pitch invader has halted play for a short moment during the day night test at the Gabba.

Australia’s wagging tailenders Nathan Lyon and Jackson Bird were at the crease when Lyon’s eyes wandered to another part of the ground on the bowlers’ approach.

Then from out of nowhere a tattooed pitch invader comes into shot with several security guards carrying funny looking backpacks surrounding the pest.

The security restrained the man until police showed up who then escorted the overzealous fan in handcuffs off the ground.

We didn’t get to see the hit that levelled the pest but judging by the crowds loud cheer it must have been a bone rattler.
