When do the Olympic Winter Games start?
The Winter Olympics officially run from February 6 to February 22.
There will be some pre-events starting earlier, including mixed curling on February 4, two days before the Opening Ceremony.

When is the Opening Ceremony?
The Opening Ceremony will start Saturday February 7, 6am AEDT.
Mariah Carey is scheduled to be the headline performer and she will be joined by Andrea Bocelli, Lang Lang, Cecilia Bartoli, Laura Pausini, Sabrina Impacciatore, Pierfrancesco Favino and Matilda De Angelis at San Siro Stadium.
