Round one teams: Wayne Bennett confirms Latrell Mitchell's future in the backs; Dolphins stick solid with fullback

Latrell Mitchell's future at centre has been confirmed with Rabbitohs coach Wayne Bennett opting for Jye Gray at fullback for round one.

The Rabbitohs will come up against Bennett's old side the Dolphins who have picked Hamiso Tabuai-Fidow at fullback while Trai Fuller is on the bench.

Fuller was reportedly set to play at the back with Tabuai-Fidow moving to the centres but coach Kristian Woolf confirmed last week that wouldn't happen.

As for the defending premiers Brisbane, Ben Hunt will play off the bench with Ezra Mam in the starting side.

Their opponents Penrith will be without Liam Martin who has a calf injury with Luke Garner starting in his place.
