Roosters youngster Hannah Southwell voted RLPA NRLW Players' Champion

Sydney Roosters lock Hannah Southwell has been voted by her peers as the RLPA Players' Champion for season 2020.

Southwell, 21, enjoyed a standout year with the Roosters and was crucial in leading the Tricolours to the 2020 NRLW Grand Final.

"It means a lot," Southwell told Nine.

"I started with rugby league when I was younger. Mum and dad me put me into ballet and said that's not for you.

"This means the world."
