Angus Crichton will want to hide from Mal Meninga this week in Kangaroos camp after bombing a certain try against New Zealand.
In front of a raucous crowd in Christchurch on Sunday afternoon, Crichton looked to have scored the opening points to put Australian on top.
Playing off a short ball from Tom Dearden, the back-rower bobbled the ball before regaining it and seemingly planting it down cleanly over the line.

However, slow-motion replays would show that Crichton failed to ground the ball correctly and the decision was overturned by the Bunker.
"Don't tell me's dropped the ball ... oh he has," Mat Thompson said on Nine.
"Isn't that what they teach you in under 9s? Don't put it down with one hand."

Brad Fittler said there's only one way to go about scoring in that situation.
"Wherever possible, just dive," the former Kangaroos skipper said.

Andrew Johns managed to find the funny side of the horror moment for Crichton.
"Is that the one where he's only got half a finger? Blame that," he said.
"The punishment for that is you've got to wrestle the coach."
Crichton's fatal mistake didn't prove too costly for the Aussies, with front-rower Lindsay Collins bursting through in the 17th minute to give his side the lead.
