Pacquiao asks defeated rival out on breakfast date

Manny Pacquiao has farewelled boxing with a bizarre post-fight offer that could one day replace the traditional post-fight hug and handshake - a breakfast date.

Pacquiao had just beaten Anthony Bradley in Las Vegas when the bruised and battered fighters were caught organising a catch-up in the aftermath of their welterweight showdown.

Bradley had just congratulated Pacquiao on his win but when he went to walk back to his corner, the Filipino stopped him for a conversation that was picked up by broadcast microphones.

The two can be heard shooting back and forth times and locations oblivious to the fact that HBO's Max Kellerman is waiting to conduct the customary post-fight interviews.

"You guys having breakfast tomorrow? You making plans?" Kellerman asks as he tries to intervene.

The two fighters ignored the commentator before reportedly settling on meeting at the Mandalay Bay the next day.
