Kookaburras captain injured, out of Cup

Captain Mark Knowles has been ruled out of the Australian hockey side's Azlan Shah Cup campaign.
Knowles will sit out the tournament because of a stress injury to his foot, Hockey Australia confirmed on Thursday.
Ben Craig has been recalled to take the veteran defender's place in the 18-man squad.

"Unfortunately we've had to rule Mark out of the Azlan Shah tour, but this just means that it gives Ben another opportunity to further prove his ability ahead of the World League semi-finals," Kookaburras coach Colin Batch said.
Batch said a decision on who will lead the Kookaburras in the tournament won't be made until the squad assembles in Malaysia.
The Kookaburras will open their Azlan Shah campaign against New Zealand on April 29.
