Kickboxer's precise kick leaves rival in 'world of pain'

A dominant victory in the ring doesn’t always have to be the culmination of a flurry of punches or a full-bloodied haymaker to the jaw.

Sometimes all it takes is just that one perfectly pinpoint-accurate blow.

Kickboxer Giga Chikadze delivered one of the most laser-like liver kicks to send rival Victor Pinto into a "world of pain" at Glory 37 in Los Angeles.

The combatants were a minute into their fight when Chikadze set up the move with a high kick that had Pinto on the defensive.

But the 23-year-old Pinto was too slow getting back into position and left his midsection exposed for a split second.

It was all the time Chikadze needed.

Going back to the same foot, the 28-year-old took aim at the exposed flesh and with surgical precision, struck Pinto right on the money.

The blow didn’t seem to have knockout force behind it but it sent Pinto sprawling to the canvas.

Pinto, writhing in agony as he clutched his abdomen, was eventually counted out by the referee.
