Cowboys fans and Hawks supporters went head-to-head over grand final weekend to see who would emerge as the happiest fans in Australia, or so we thought.

An Irish Gaelic football fan may have been even more joyful than the supporters of both the AFL and NRL premiers if a video posted online is anything to go by.

Niall Conaty is working on a dairy farm Down Under and he celebrated hard after his Gaelic football team, Ballyhaise GFC won the Cavan intermediate championship.

The travelling Irishman posted a video on Facebook of himself, beer in hand, taking a joy ride through the milking shed aboard a cow.

The drunken celebrations, the equal of anything seen in North Queensland or Hawthorn, were complete with Conaty singing about his beloved Ballyhaise.
