Co-trainers have date for cobalt case

The father-and-son training partnership of Lee and Shannon Hope will have findings in a their cobalt case handed down on Thursday.

The Racing Appeals and Disciplinary Board will deliver their findings on charges of elevated cobalt readings in three horses - Windy Citi Bear, Best Suggestion and Choose.

The hearing began on October 15 and was adjourned on October 20 until final submissions were heard on Wednesday, forcing another adjournment.

Fellow Melbourne trainers Mark Kavanagh, Danny O'Brien and Peter Moody are still to front cobalt hearings.
