Hayne set benchmark in NFL video
An NFL wide receiver has set the benchmark for cross-code recruit Jarryd Hayne after displaying insane foot speed in a training drill with the Cleveland Browns.
Former NRL star Hayne has begun life with new club the San Francisco 49ers after joining his new teammates during their pre-season program.
However, the reigning joint Dally M winner was given a glimpse of just what it will take to make it in the NFL after Cleveland Browns' Andrew 'Hawk' Hawkins released a video of himself flying through a number of drills.
In the footage, Hawkins storms around the indoor course, his quick-moving feet a speeding blur as he finishes the six-drill routine in under 15 seconds.
Hawkins was one of the standout players for the Browns last season, claiming 824 yards and two touchdowns on 63 receptions.
