US golfer Bryson DeChambeau has come under fire for snubbing European Porsche Open winner Richard McEvoy as he celebrated on the 18th green.
DeChambeau entered the final round of the tournament in Germany with a share of the lead but crashed and burned out of contention to finish 13th after shooting a six-over-par 78.
McEvoy shot a one-over-par 73 but nailed a birdie putt on the 18th hole to win by one stroke at 11-under, prompting DeChambeau to give him the cold shoulder.

The English golfer headed towards his playing partner with his hand outstretched but was quickly fobbed off as DeChambeau stormed off the course.
His behaviour didn’t go unnoticed on social media, with fellow golfer Eddie Pepperell, who finished sixth at the British Open, describing it as “classless.”
Others were also scathing.
DeChambeau, who has had a tough couple of weeks after cameras captured him having a meltdown on the driving range at the British Open, while the USGA ruled his use of a compass later on the greens was against the rules, took to Instagram to apologise for his actions.
“Tough finish today at the Porsche European Open, but overall I had a great week in Hamburg,” DeChambeau said on Instagram.
“Thank you to Porsche European Open for having me. A terrific golf course with great support from the fans.
“I apologize to Richard McEvoy and the fans for my brevity on 18. He is a class act, worthy champion and I enjoyed playing with him the past two days.
“Looking forward to next week in Akron at the WGC-Bridgestone Invitational and continuing to work hard on my game.”
