Golf: Social starlet shows of trick-shot moves

Professional golfer and social media star Paige Spiranac has again enraptured her legion of fans after posting an impressive plucky trick shot to Instagram.

The sporting sensation reached out to her some 800,000 followers with a video entitled “super awkward celebration for the win”.

In the clip Spiranac can be seen indoors, settling into her form before delicately chipping a golf ball towards a nearby wall and ricocheting it perfectly into a cup placed on a ledge.

Endearingly, Spiranac can’t believe what she’s witnessed as she squeals in joy.

The 23-year-old attracted attention earlier this year after posting clips of her sensuous golfing style and trick shots to social media, garnering a strong base of adoring fans.

However, the American is making strides in her game after winning her official tournament, a Cactus Tour event, earlier this year and qualifying for the Ladies Scottish Open.
