Paula Creamer has won her first title in four years after sinking an epic 25m putt on the second playoff hole at the HSBC Women's Champions in Singapore.

After finishing with a final round 69, Creamer entered into a playoff with Spain's Azahara Munoz and the pair couldn't be split after the first hole.

As Creamer's putt curled across the 18th and dropped in the hole, the 27-year-old leaped across the green and fell to her knees in celebration.

"It's one of those putts where if you just get it in the right spot, it's going to fall down," she said.

"But I could stand there all day long and putt that and I don't think get it within six, seven feet."

Australia's Karrie Webb finished third.
